The East Bridgewater Arts Council is a local volunteer group that supports and provides programs in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences. The Council evaluates cultural needs in order to perform its primary function of granting funds allocated by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. The grant cycle is now in process. We encourage all teachers, parent councils, libraries, senior centers, artists, historians, humanities and musical groups to apply, remembering that your grant application must be postmarked by October 15, 2014 and sent to the Arts Council, c/o East Bridgewater Town Hall, 175 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA 02333. The application form is available at EB Town Hall, EB Public Library, Senior Center, and all schools. If you need additional information, please email the Arts Council.
Other meetings are held as needed, usually during the grant cycle and festival time. Meetings, posted in the main lobby of Town Hall, are open to the public. Everyone is encouraged to attend without being a member.
