When do I need a license issued by the Board of Selectmen?

Anyone buying or selling alcoholic beverages on a regular basis or an occasional basis. Any other group or person may apply for a one day license to sell any alcoholic beverages. There are no exceptions. (Alcohol License)
To serve food for sale to be consumed on the premises (Common Victualler License)
To buy or sell motor vehicles on more than an occasional basis (Class I, II, III)
To buy or sell used merchandise (Second Hand Article, Junk Dealer’s or occasional yard sales at a private residence License)
To provide entertainment to the public (Entertainment or Coin Operating Machine License)
