Invitation to Bid Central Elementary School Roof Replacement

LEGAL NOTICE

This is an Invitation for Bids for General Bidders under MGL c. 149. The Town of East Bridgewater would like to invite DCAMM Certified Prime Contractors for Roofing Contractor as General Contractor to submit bids for the ARP Roof Replacement Project at the Central Elementary School located at 107 Central Street in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The estimated cost of the work is $1,698,545.

Given the projects estimated value exceeding $150,000, filed sub-bids will be received for Masonry, Plumbing and Electrical. The estimated values of those trades are as follows:

• Masonry                                                                              $28,372
• Plumbing                                                                             $29,127
• HVAC                                                                                  $31,250

Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available online through www.ProjectDog.com, Project ID# 830079, on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 after 12:00 PM. Filed sub-bids shall be due no later than December 8, 2020 by 12:00 Noon. General Contractor Bids will be due no later than December 18, 2020 by 12:00 Noon.

All bidders are alerted to the fact that a non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Central School, 107 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA at 3:00PM on Monday, November 30, 2020. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
