Birth, Death or Marriage Certificates

ALL Certified copies are $10.00 each and can be obtained through the Town Clerk's Office

• Impounded Birth and/or Marriage records require photo ID.
• Checks should be made payable to the Town of East Bridgewater

Vital statistics can be ordered through this website or obtained over the counter during regular office hours.

Written requests can be sent via mail, please include the requested information:

• Birth Certificate - child's full name(s), dates(s) of birth
• Death Certificate - name of deceased and date of passing
• Marriage Certificate - names of both parties and date of marriage
