Please fill out the application and the Supplemental form and return them to the Assessors' office no later than February 1, 2022, before 4:30 p.m. that day. Applications received after that time will be marked as "Late Filing". Applications not filed in a timely manner, lose all rights to abatement and the Board of Assessors cannot by law grant one.
If the application is for a commercial, industrial, or 3-family or more building, an income and expense form must be filed along with the overvaluation application.
