REQUEST FOR SERVICES

OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER SERVICES

 

The Town of East Bridgewater (the “Owner”) is seeking the services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, § 44A½(c) and as further defined by provisions stated in the RFS to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, demolition, addition to and/or renovation of the Central Elementary School (the “Proposed Project”), located at 107 Central Street, East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, 02333.

The Town of East Bridgewater is requesting the services of an Owner’s Project Manager to represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases of the contract, which may be amended to include continued Project Management Services through design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction, and final closeout of the Proposed Project. The estimated total project costs of an approved Proposed Project may range from $80 million to $100 million depending upon the solution agreed upon by the Owner and the MSBA and ultimately approved by a vote of the MSBA Board of Directors.

A voluntary informational meeting and walk-through will be conducted on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 10:00am at the Central Elementary School site located at 175 Central Street, East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, 02333.

The complete RFS may be obtained on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 electronically by contacting Charlie Seelig, Town Administrator, cseelig@eastbridgewaterma.gov or 508-378-1601 from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to noon on Friday.

Proposals will be received at the Town Administrator’s Office located at East Bridgewater Town Hall, 175 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA 02333 until 2:00pm, Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
