Other discussion points will include: how to use a Reverse Mortgage to increase your monthly cash flow, create an emergency reserve line of credit to help pay for things like, home repairs, home modifications, in-home care, real estate tax- es, homeowners insurance, monthly condo fees and many other cost of living expenses.
