Abandoned and Unclaimed Property

According to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 200A, Section 9A, checks issued by the Town of East Bridgewater are void if not cashed within one year from the date of issue. 

If your name is listed on the Abandoned and Unclaimed Property List, please download and print a claim form.  Once complete, submit to the Treasuer/Collectors office on or before May 4, 2020 for a replacement check.
